A Kansas City, MO native, Jackie Flanery-Heredia's career in the sport of gymnastics has spanned over 20 years. At the age of four, Jackie began her gymnastics journey with the highly reputable gymnastics club G.A.G.E, in Blue Springs, MO. Her club career concluded with a full-ride gymnastics scholarship to national-powerhouse University of Oklahoma. After her successful competitive career, Jackie turned her attention to coaching the next generation of gymnasts.

-2010 NCAA Team Runner-Up with Oklahoma
Jackie's husband Michael Heredia is currently the Assistant Coach at University of Nebraska, former OU men’s gymnastics team member and former University of Iowa Men’s Assistant Coach. The couple has three beautiful daughters
