In 2013, University of Oklahoma gymnasts and NCAA All-Americans Mike and Jackie Heredia founded Fuzion with a clear vision:
Create the kind of environment we would have wanted as athletes.
As a husband-and-wife leadership team, they built Fuzion on shared values and long-term commitment.
Culture matters.
Long-term development matters.
Our entire staff operates with that same intentional vision. Together, we protect and strengthen the culture that defines Fuzion.
Our competitive pathway is intentional.
Athletes progress step by step, earning each level through preparation, accountability, and consistency.
Over the past decade, Fuzion athletes have consistently:
• Qualified to State and Regional Championships
• Developed Level 10 and Elite athletes
• Earned NCAA opportunities
Our job is to develop strong, confident athletes through structure, accountability, and long-term vision.
We coach with intention.
We train with purpose.
That means we provide the tools, the structure, and the opportunities — so athletes can build their own path and reach as far as their work ethic and vision will take them.
At Fuzion, progression is earned — not rushed.
Our pathway is designed to develop athletes step by step, building strength, confidence, and competitive readiness at every stage.
Rising Stars
Foundational strength, shapes, basics, and introduction to competitive mindset.
Developmental Levels
Skill acquisition, routine construction, physical preparation, and consistency under pressure.
Optional Levels
Advanced skill development, increased training intensity, and preparation for higher-level competitive demands.
Upper Optional
Elite-level training structure, high-difficulty skills, and NCAA preparation.
Elite
High-performance training for athletes pursuing national and elite competitive pathways.
It is the standard.
We believe great athletes are built through:
Accountability.
Athletes are responsible for their effort, attitude, and preparation.
Respect.
For coaches. For teammates. For the process.
Work Ethic.
Progress is earned through consistency, not shortcuts.
Ownership.
The athlete is the driver. We provide the structure — they determine how far they go.
We respect the work athletes and families invest in their journey, and we believe any transition should be thoughtful, structured, and aligned with long-term goals.
If you are exploring whether Fuzion may be the right fit, we offer scheduled: Athlete Evaluation & Program Placement.
This session allows us to:
✔ Assess current skill level
✔ Review training structure and expectations
✔ Determine mutual alignment
Our goal is clarity — for the athlete, the family, and the coaching staff.
If alignment is there, we move forward together with a clear plan and defined next steps.
